Sign Of The Beaver
Over the summer I read Sign Of The Beaver. The book is about two boys named Matt and Attean. Matt's father and Matt built a log cabin. The father went back to get Matt's mother,sister,and the new baby. While his father was gone a bear broke into the camp while Matt was checking the corn fields. He couldn't shoot it because the gun was inside. In the end Attean's village had to move with the food to follow their prey. GREAT BOOK

Is Matt a pilgrim? What is the genre of the book? I think it sounds like a great book.I like books about the out doors. What did Matt do when the bear broke in?I think I might read it.
Sounds scary. At least they are alright. Where did you get the book, can I borrow it?
yea i can remember when we read that in mrs. malones class that is a great book to read for people who like the outdoors
