Brian's Return

Brian's Return is about a a kid named Brian (you all know him) who goes to high school. But, he feels as if he is in the wrong place. He feels as if he wants to go back into the woods, where he belongs. So that's just what he did. He takes his canoe, pots, pans, his gear, and, of course, his hatchet and he goes back in to the woods for the summer vacation. I liked this book because it is about the outdoors and i love the outdoors. I also liked this book because I already ready the books before it; Hatchet, Brian's Winter, and The River. I would recommend all these books for free reading books. I hope you read these books in the future.

Noah, this sounds like a really good book. I find it interesting that after he suffered so much in the wilderness, he wants to go back. I think I might want to read it!

I agree with Ben. I would think he would be done with the outdoors for life. Which was your favorite?

Mrs. Green, I think my favorites of them all had to of been Hatchet and Brian's winter(fyi Brian's winter is a "what if brian had to be stuck in the woods until winter?" book because everyone knows he was rescued at the end of Hatchet. I think they were the best because the setting was that he was still stuck in the woods, but in the River, return and hunt he is not afraid if nobody is going to find him because he went into the woods on his own. Also, because he had more gear than in Hatchet and Brians winter. he had pots, pans, a hunting knife, a real bow, Hundreds of arrows, and a canoe. And I think a water purifier
