I just finished reading the new Rick Riordon book, 39 Clues: Book One in the Maze of Bones Series. It was great! The story had me at the edge of my seat. It is about two children who, in order to inherit their grandmother's fortune, must decode a series of clues. The clues lead the children and other wacky members of their family on a wild goose chase all the way to Paris. I couldn't put the book down. My only regret is that I have to wait until the next book to find out what happens. :)- Mrs. Green

Thanks for the tip, Mrs. Green! It sounds like a great story, and your summary makes me want to read it this instant. I have heard of the series before. Thanks again for the tip.
Your post ants to make me run to the book store and start reading books by Rick Riordon!!
Hey Mrs. Green! Sorry for the late response. To answer your question, The Last Apprentice books are a series. I have finished the seventh book and I think Joseph DeLaney will write an eight book. I think you would enjoy them a lot! :-)
